How do I turn on SMS filtering?
Open FilterBox and follow the home screen guide to Messages settings. Select FilterBox under SMS filtering. New texts that iOS allows to be filtered will then be sorted automatically.
Where can I see filtered texts?
Find sorted texts in the Messages app. FilterBox cannot read your inbox or show individual filtering records. Texts from contacts and iMessages are outside its filtering scope.
How do I correct a result?
Copy the text, paste it into FilterBox, and choose Spam or Normal. Your choice is saved in your learning history, where you can change the label or delete the example.
When does it learn from a text?
FilterBox remembers the message template immediately. iOS schedules learning from similar content while your iPhone charges. Completed learning is then used for future filtering.
Are my texts uploaded?
No! Filtering and learning happen on your iPhone. Only texts you choose to paste for learning are saved. They stay on your device, and you can delete them in the app.
Do I need to pay?
Basic filtering is free. A one-time purchase applies your examples and personal learning to everyday filtering. There is no subscription. If you have already purchased, you can restore it in the app.
