Support
FilterBox requires iOS 27 on iPhone. The interface supports Simplified Chinese, Traditional Chinese, English, and Japanese. The model is currently focused on Chinese SMS.
Set up filtering
Follow the app's instructions to select FilterBox in system Messages settings, then return to the app. View actual filtering results in Messages. iOS controls which unknown-sender messages reach the extension. Contacts, known senders, and iMessage are outside its filtering scope.
Teach your preferences
Basic filtering is free. Local AI self-learning unlocks teaching and personal learning with one non-consumable purchase, US$3.99 in the US storefront. Other storefronts show local prices. No subscription. Copy a message, tap Paste in FilterBox, and choose Spam or Normal. Matching templates use your label immediately. iOS schedules personal model learning while charging, so it may not start immediately.
Manage examples and purchases
Review, relabel, or delete submitted examples in learning history. Deleting all examples removes personal learning results. Restore purchases using the same Apple account used to buy. For refunds, use Apple's Report a Problem.
